Have you ever visited the Tongass National Forest in amazing Alaska?
Lucky for photographer Janet Berlin, she lives right in the mecca of beautiful/wonderful/gorgeous/(insert all good adjectives)!
Already an established photographer, Janet decided that she would take her outstanding photography business to the next level...by putting some of her images on a custom reel and viewer. She even went so far as to enlist the help of a designer to create custom labels to go on the boxes. Janet plans on selling these to tourists traveling to Alaska.

How fun are those boxes? I especially love the bear on the top label holding a viewer and the sentence, "Made With Real Alaskan Brown Bears"
And the bear pictures...what can I say? They are breathtaking! Janet even says that some bears use her yard as a shortcut to the creeks close by her house.
If you haven't noticed, this is not the first post I have made on Alaska related reels either. I guess I must have this little voice telling me I need to go there.
*A side note on Janet Berlin...her photography is amazing! I highly recommend checking out her website- click here
Her images are shot using traditional photographic methods, or Straight Photography. This refers to photography that attempts to depict a scene as realistically and objectively as possible, without the use of manipulation. I love her pictures so much that she sent me some and they are now hanging up on my walls at home!
