Concerned about your order arriving on time? We got your back.
If you choose RUSH services we can produce your order in 1-3 business days. Delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We will do everything that we can to get your order out as quickly as possible during this holiday season.
Please note that rush orders are processed ONCE per business day. This fee is applied through adding the service during checkout. Orders placed and rush fees paid by 1:00 pm Pacific will start that day.
Rush orders are processed Monday – Friday; weekends do not count as "Rush Production" days. Rush orders placed over a weekend or holiday will begin the following business day.

The following applies to orders with reels only or viewer sets.
Contact for orders with 26+ units: Please reach out to customer service by email at [email protected]. Include "RUSH" in the subject line. Include any other necessary information about your order.
Timeline: Rush Orders require 1-3 business days of production time. Shipping method is then determined by the choice of the customer. Production starts after order is placed and paid. Orders placed or paid for after 1:00 pm Pacific will begin the following business day.
About Reels: To rush orders of 11 or more reels, all reels MUST be identical.
Payment: Rush Services is can be added in both the Shopping Cart page and the checkout pages.
